VSP Global COVID-19 Survey

We are continually working to meet the needs of members and help drive more patients to network doctors for the essential eye care they need during the COVID-19 pandemic. On Monday, March 31, all network doctors were sent an email from “VSP Global noreply@qemailserver.com” with the subject line “Action Requested: VSP Global COVID-19 Form.” The email contains a survey that will help VSP Global better understand what services doctors are currently offering patients, office closures, and adjusted hours. We’re asking doctors to complete the survey so that we can help connect members in need of eye care services with available network practices.

If you have not responded to the survey, please take a moment to do so, and if you did not see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder. If you did not receive the email, please contact us at research@vsp.com, and we will send you a link to the survey.
