PECAA Max Members Receive an
Extra $5 For VSP® Eye Exams
The VSP Vision Exam Rebate is available exclusively to PECAA Max members and provides an enhanced rebate, paid via IncentivEYES®, of $5 for every VSP commercial patient who receives eye exam services with a claim paid through December 31, 2024.
- The VSP Vision Exam Rebate allows PECAA Max members to earn up to an additional $45,000 per member account (You must be a qualified PECAA Max member by the 25th of the month to receive payments for that month. NOTE: For November and December 2023, the qualification date is the 22nd of the month.):
• $15,000 for the remainder of 2023
• $30,000 more in 2024 - There is no requirement to participate in VSP Premier Edge™ or any spend requirement with VSP supply chain products (VSP Optics, Marchon or Altair frames).
- To receive the VSP Vision Exam Rebate, both your Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) and CooperVision contact lens accounts must be aligned with PECAA Max, whether you purchase your contact lenses directly or through a distributor.
- PECAA Max membership is per Tax ID, so your practice will enjoy one PECAA Max membership for all doctors and locations.

To be eligible for the VSP Vision Exam Rebate, non-members can join PECAA now by simply completing the short ‘PECAA Max Membership Enrollment’ form at the link below — or, learn more about membership by scheduling a ‘PECAA Max Overview’.

PECAA Max Members who haven’t yet aligned one or both of your JJV and CooperVision accounts with PECAA Max can do so using the form at the ‘Align Your Account’ button below.

Terms & Conditions
Offer runs July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. Only claims for commercial exams performed on VSP members are eligible for this rebate offer. Claims paid by federal healthcare funds not eligible. New Members must pay the standard membership dues ($279 per month) in order to be eligible for offer. Must align/affiliate both CooperVision and Johnson & Johnson contact lens purchases with PECAA Max membership. Member must be enrolled with PECAA Max and have completed the process to align their CooperVision and Johnson & Johnson contact lens purchases with their PECAA Max membership by 4:00 PM Pacific Time on the 25th of the month to be eligible to receive the rebate for VSP commercial exams paid from the 1st day of the same month (22nd of the month for November and December 2023). Rebate offer is capped at $15,000 per Member account for claims paid during 2023 and $30,000 per Member account for claims paid during 2024. Rebates are subject to applicable taxes; a 1099 will be issued to all rebate recipients. Members are responsible for any required tax reporting and/or payment of any applicable taxes associated with rebate offer.
Offer not valid in the State of Texas effective January 1, 2024.
The Vision Exam Rebate will be paid to eligible Members in Texas for eligible claims paid in 2023; the Vision Exam Rebate will not be paid to Texas Members for any claim paid in 2024.
