Your Patient is a VSP Member. Now What?

Do you have a patient who’s new to VSP? Or maybe they have vision coverage after some time away? We’ve got a great tool to help them get started and maximize their benefits!  

With this easy to use quiz, your patient can learn about vision benefit with VSP, how to access account information for themselves or for their whole family, and about VSP network doctors. Sound good? Check it out for yourself and then use social media to share it with patients. This is a fantastic tool to use before a patient’s first appointment to set the stage for a great experience with your office. We’re hoping this will help patients better understand their benefits before they walk in your door and make their experience even better

Here is a link to the quiz. If you click on the link you can copy the URL from the new window or you can right click on the link and select ‘Copy Hyperlink’ to paste into your social media post. As a social media best practice, we recommend that you shorten the link. There are plenty of free resources online for shortening links, we use Hootsuite or Bitly.

Now you’re all set to download the Facebook and Instagram graphics and use the recommended copy to engage through social media. Don’t forget to use hashtags that identify your city or neighborhood to attract new patients.
