We're continuing to support our VSP doctors with resources for delivering safe eye care during COVID-19.
We know many VSP network doctors give back to their communities in the U.S. and across the globe. Explore opportunities below to leverage VSP Eyes of Hope and make an even bigger impact.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, VSP Global paused some charitable eye care initiatives to allow doctors to focus on essential care and to protect the health of the communities we work together to serve. See below for more information on the VSP Eyes of Hope programs currently active and keep an eye out for program updates over the next few months.
VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates are distributed through our national network of charitable partners, including the National Association of School Nurses, American Red Cross, Lions Clubs, and Prevent Blindness. Gift certificates are available for adults and children in need, including those affected by disaster, to ensure they have no-cost access to quality eye care and eyewear through a local VSP network doctor. When you see patients with a gift certificate, you’ll be reimbursed for all services as a Choice network doctor.
Learn more about gift certificates by logging in to VSPOnline at eyefinity.com and selecting Manuals > Choice > VSP® Eyes of Hope® Gift Certificates
Leverage Eye Make A Difference® to set up an eyewear donation station in your practice and send the donations back to us for free. Glasses donated are prepared and sorted for VSP network doctors who are going on global mission trips.
In addition, VSP Global® eyewear companies donate new frames and sunglasses to support eye doctors, schools of optometry, and optometric organizations who are participating in charitable outreach in the U.S. or abroad.
