Unity BioSync® with HydraMist™ is exclusively available to VSP® network doctors and has one of the richest consumer rebates in the industry. In addition to the annual supply rebate of up to $220, patients who may not want to commit to a full year supply or who don’t wear their contact lenses every day have access to another savings opportunity. Effective May 1, patients can receive a rebate for the purchase of a six-month supply or an annual supply of Unity BioSync Contact Lenses.
When purchasing a six-month supply, VSP members can receive up to a $70 rebate and non-VSP members can receive up to a $50 rebate. The objective is to support network doctors by increasing annual supply sales, while helping to keep patients in the practice.
Go to the rebate redemption site to download the new six-month patient rebate form. Patients can submit via mail or online.
