As of Saturday, May 1, 2020, Eyefinity’s Enhanced Customer Service extended Saturday phone hours for practices at Gold level or above in the VSP Global® Premier Program will be discontinued. The decision to reduce customer support coverage was not made lightly by VSP Global or Eyefinity, and is a result of low utilization. Eyefinity Customer Support remains dedicated to helping practices participating in the VSP Global Premier Program using Eyefinity solutions with their support needs. Normal Customer Support operating hours remain unchanged from Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. PST to 5:00 p.m. PST. Extended Saturday support from Eyefinity will continue to be available via email, at eyefinitypremiersupport@eyefinity.com. This change is effective from May 1 - December 31, 2020.
