Fee Changes for Michigan Medicaid 

Effective July 1, 2024, the VSP^® Michigan Medicaid Essential Medical Eye Care fee schedule will be updated to better align with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Fee-for-service fee schedule.
