Locating Delta Dental of Washington Patient Eligibility 

As a reminder, members of Delta Dental of Washington have vision coverage through DeltaVision, administered by VSP^®. You can look up DeltaVision member eligibility and benefits the same way you do for all your VSP patients.  

To look up DeltaVision patient eligibility: 

• Use their unique ID, or “DDID” assigned by Delta Dental of Washington. 
• The last four digits of member’s Social Security numbers can no longer be used to validate eligibility.
