Maui Jim Formulary Update 

Effective June 11, 2025, VSP^® updated its ophthalmic product formulary to make it easier and quicker for VSP network providers to submit Maui Jim claims for VSP patients by making the mirror coatings inherent in the lens selections. With the new simplified process, Maui Jim’s true product offerings will be displayed, and no additional step will be required to include the mirror color.
