New Benefit Options for Tyson Foods Inc. Employees

Effective January 1, 2025, Tyson Food employees will be eligible to receive benefits from the Core or Buy-Up Plan under the VSP Choice Plan^®.  

Both plans include a $0 exam copay and standard progressive lenses and UV protection are covered in full.

The Core Plan benefits include a $100 allowance for frames or contact lenses and contact lens fitting exam, and an additional $50 to spend on Featured Frame Brands. The Core Plan also has a material copay that is applicable for glasses or contacts.  

The Buy-Up Plan includes a $225 allowance for frames or contact lenses and contact lens fitting exam, and an additional $50 to spend on Featured Frame Brands. The Buy-Up Plan also has a material copay that is applicable for glasses. There is no material copay for contact lenses on the Buy-Up Plan.
