Effective January 1, 2021, current Purdue University (Client ID: 09011846) Member IDs will no longer be reported to VSP or used to verify eligibility for members. Instead, Purdue University will only submit social security numbers (SSN) via eligibility files under this client ID. This change does not apply to graduate staff or fellows under Purdue University (Client ID 12218244- Purdue University Graduate Staff and Fellows). If a member cannot provide a VSP member ID number or SSN, you can search by name and date of birth to locate the correct coverage under Purdue University. This change is being communicated to Purdue University employees this month during open enrollment.
