Reminder for Medicare/Medicaid Providers in Los Angeles County: Remain Medicaid Compliant

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requires that all doctor owners participating on the Medicaid Network run their employees through the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) and the GSA Excluded Parties Lists System (EPLS) to check for exclusions prior to hiring and on a monthly basis thereafter.  
 
Earlier this week, you should have received a DocuSign email asking you to complete your Attestation by December 31, 2024. If you own your practice and did not receive the DocuSign email with your Attestation or have questions, please email providernetworkdevelopment@vsp.com.
