State of Idaho Participants Now Under Regence BlueShield

Effective July 1, 2024, all State of Idaho participants will now be under Regence BlueShield. Plan participants will have new member ID cards, and each dependent will have a separate member ID card with their own unique suffix number on their member ID card. To look up eligibility, use the member ID number and the suffix number to identify the member. The new member ID cards were mailed out June 17, 2024, and members will receive them at the mailing address on record.
