Updates to VSP^® Ohio Medicaid Covered Services

Effective May 1, 2024, Ohio Medicaid members can receive high-index lenses when medically necessary. Additionally, scleral gas permeable contact lenses will be available for members when medically necessary. The appropriate HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) codes and fees will be available on the VSP^® Provider Reference Manual by May 1.
