Is hiring a new optometrist in your future? Here’s a way to make that time-consuming process easier. If you’re a PECAA Max member on the VSP Network, you’ll soon have access to VSP OD Recruitment Support, a new no-cost benefit that:

Provides a dedicated talent acquisition specialist who will recruit, source, and match qualified OD candidates for you.
Helps your job openings stand out to more candidates.
Eases the challenge of finding the right OD, saving you valuable time you can spend with your patients.

PECAA Max Special Offerings for Premier Edge Participants

Members of PECAA Max enjoy extensive practice support services, as well as a variety of innovative programs. And in 2026, non-members who participate in Premier Edge can sample the benefits of membership with special PECAA Max pricing on the following:

Certification Tracks – Three comprehensive certification programs covering a variety of high-impact topics: Office Management, Optometric Billing and Coding, and Optical Management.
90 Days to Dry Eye – An all-encompassing learning experience that walks your team through everything involved in building a dry eye profit center to expand your current revenue streams.

ONE Robust Training Platform for ALL!

Say goodbye to multiple logins on multiple learning platforms. Beginning in January, we’re expanding UUniversity, giving it a user-friendly facelift and making room for courses from VSP Vision, Premier Edge, and PECAA on the redesigned platform.

The combined catalog* will include existing and new:

UUniversity offerings, including product training for frames and lenses.
VSP Vision courses for both Premier Edge participants and VSP Network providers, including continuing education and popular new offerings designed to make it easier to work with VSP.
Courses for PECAA Max members, including doctor and staff training, continuing education, and more.

Plus, the platform will include personalized course recommendations tailored to each learner for a custom experience.

* Access to each course depends on the user’s affiliation with VSP Vision and PECAA Max. For example, non-VSP network users who may be eligible for existing UUniversity courses won’t be able to access VSP Vision or PECAA courses on their customized learning dashboard.
