VSP Vision Lab Network Changes Begin October 15

In August, VSP Vision™ announced changes to the lab network, giving network providers more choice and flexibility to deliver quality products and services to VSP^® patients. As operations are winding down at VSPOne^® Technology Center labs in Florida, Texas, and California, final lab orders will only be accepted until:

• October 14, 2024 (for VSPOne Dallas and Tampa Bay)
• November 1, 2024 (for VSPOne Sacramento)

The following changes will also take effect:

• VSPOne Columbus will remain a dedicated lab for specific plan fulfillment including Advantage Elements, Elements, ProTec, and Safety Plan claims.
• VSP charity orders will now be fulfilled by VSPOne Columbus.
• VSPOne Hawaii returns will continue to be fulfilled in our Hawaii lab.
• Other VSPOne returns will be fulfilled by VSPOne Columbus. Additional return details are available here.
