Diabetic macular edema is the leading cause of vision loss in patients with diabetic retinopathy.** Presented by Robert Yacoub, OD, FAAO, this course will discuss the pathophysiology and diagnostic techniques used to identify and diagnose diabetic macular edema. There will also be a discussion on the current management and treatments of patients with diabetic macular edema.

Essential Medical Eye Care
Presented by Brittany Howell, VSP Senior Product Manager, this course provides an overview of how VSP streamlined its supplemental medical eye care coverage by creating a single plan, simplifying billing, and increasing availability by making it standard coverage for most VSP patients.
