Dr. Wright has extensive experience in consulting, teaching, and lecturing nationally and internationally. He is the CEO of the Practice Management Center and the Professional Editor of Review of Optometric Business. Dr. Wright's expertise includes the topics of Practice Operational Efficiency, Doctor Effectiveness, Revenue Cycle Management including Coding and Billing, and Practice Valuation.
Dr. Gerson is a private practice optometrist specializing in ocular disease and low vision, having completed a residency at the Veterans Administration medical center in Kansas City and is a fellow of both the Academy of Optometry and Optometric Retina Society. He is a member of several professional associations, including the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Kansas and Missouri optometric associations. Dr. Gerson is a frequent speaker and published author, and lectures internationally on diabetes and macular degeneration and serves as a consultant to several companies devoted to better optometric care of both diabetes and AMD.
Dr. Webb was born and raised in Arkansas. She obtained her bachelors of Zoology degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro in 1991. Afterwards, she went to Memphis to the Southern College of Optometry, where she was awarded Junior Clinician of the year and obtained her doctorate degree in 1995. She has been awarded special service awards from the local Lion’s club and the Arkansas Optometric Association. She received the honor of being named the O.D. of the year in 2009. She is currently a Past President of the Arkansas Optometric Association. Dr. Webb has practiced for more than 20 years.
