Create a sense of urgency with benefit/FSA expiration and help grow business. Email  – Send an email to your patients communicating the importance of annual eye examinations including a benefit expiration reminder and FSA optical awareness. Here are some graphics you can use.

Capturing Additional Exams. Grow your patient exam count through family member benefit reminders. Do any of your upcoming exam patients have family members that also visit your practice? Let them know when they come in that there is still time for their family members to schedule an exam before the end of the year if they haven't yet.This can help you increase your exam count with minimal cost or effort!
