Are Your Patients' Eyes Winter-Ready?

Break the ice with your patients this season and remind them about the importance of winterizing their eyes. Check out these tips to help keep your marketing from going cold:  

Don’t hibernate on winter eyewear. Do your patients understand the importance of wearing UV protected eyewear in winter weather? Educate them by creating a festive winter window display highlighting your sunglass promotions, such as Extra $40 frames, or new, UV-protected styles. With the holidays around the corner, this is also a great way to help give your patients gift ideas. Also, don’t forget to educate your snow-loving patients on why UV protected goggles, like these styles from Dragon, are a crucial accessory on the slopes!  

Let's talk dry eyes. As you know, the dry winter air can have a big impact on your patients’ eye health. Consider sharing at least one winter eye health tip per week on your social media channels or host a Facebook or Instagram live on the topic—find additional social media tiles on Hootsuite here. 

Use it or lose it reminder. Send a friendly email out to patients to let them know that there is still time to use their benefits before the end of the year! In your email, highlight a few ways your practice can help them winterize their eyes during their next visit. Check out last month’s campaign for more marketing resources to help your patients use their benefits before losing them.
