Growing up, I struggled to memorize things like multiplication tables. But give me a frame line and I can tell you every detail, from the colors available to the sizes it comes in. That is where my brain really lights up.

That passion shows up in our practice every day. Patients tell us they love coming in, not just for our frame selection, but for the whole experience. From the first phone call to when they walk through the door, they are greeted by a friendly team in a space that feels warm and inclusive. Making people feel comfortable is important to us, and I think they can feel that right away.

At Focused Family Eye Care, we have built something we are proud of: a diverse, cross-trained team, a thoughtful mix of products, and a strong word-of-mouth referral base. Patients leave happy with the frames they choose, the service they receive, and the care we provide from start to finish.

A big part of that is the support we get from VSP. From education and training for opticians like me to high-quality frames and responsive customer service, they make it easier for us to take care of our patients. Our VSP reps are amazing. Whenever we need something, they are there.

That support also extends to our Marchon reps. They come in regularly to review inventory, refresh our selection, and help us stay on top of what patients are looking for.
